As Principal I have many roles and responsibilities.  An area of leadership I am currently very excited about is increasing our maths achievement across the school.  New Zealand has gone from being a world leader in student outcomes to failing many of our learners.  As a school, we have made the decision to focus on ensuring all students have the foundations of maths and literacy.  In 2022 we will be starting a new maths programme called 'Maths No Problem'.  It is based on the Singapore Maths Method and is used successfully around the world.  There will be opportunities for parents to attend parent sessions and find out how this programme is different to others and how you can help your child be successful.
